Shipping is cheap now. Anyone with an agent can generate a plausible app by lunch, and most of it is slop. I use the same tools. What's left is the part that always mattered: knowing what to build, what to cut, and when it's actually done.

Curious by default, careful by habit.

Tools I want to use, products people keep using. Lately that means an AI agent for Discord, small native Windows apps, a self-hosted image host, and the occasional CLI or programming language for the fun of it.

I like a small surface area and a finished feel. Open source when it's useful to someone else; a product when it needs to be.
